First, Holiday magic returns to Brightwaters Farms for 2nd straight year

๐ŸŽ„The Christmas Extravaganza down at the farm returns this holiday season for a second straight year in Bay Shore, starting on Black Friday.


Second, Smith Point Bridge reopens to heavier loads; traffic down to one lane

๐Ÿšง The emergency weight limits have been lifted, but all traffic over the troubled Smith Point Bridge will be constrained to one lane as Suffolk seeks to expedite repairs. Work on a new bridge starts next year.

๐ŸŽˆThe iconic toy brand opened its new 7,000-square-foot flagship at Tanger Outlets Deer Park on Saturday morning โ€” the first stand-alone Toys โ€œRโ€ Us on Long Island since 2018. Of course, GLI was there.
